Annotatsiya
Markaziy Osiyo mintaqasida xalqaro yuk tashishning jadallashishi sharoitida transport marshrutlarini diversifikatsiya qilish strategik ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Xitoydan Afg‘onistonga yo‘lnaltirilgan anʼanaviy dengiz marshrutlari (Bandar-Abbos porti orqali) uzoq muddatli yetkazib berish vaqti (50–60 kun) va yuqori xarajatlar bilan tavsiflangan. 2023–2024-yillarda Xitoy – Qozog‘iston – O‘zbekiston – Turkmaniston – Afg‘oniston yo‘lnalishdagi yangi multimodal marshrut ishga tushirildi, umumiy masofa 7 400 km va o‘rtacha yetkazib berish muddati 30 kun.
Tadqiqotda qiyosiy tahlil, transport xarajatlari modellashtirish, nisbiy indeks tahlili va intermodal operatsion ko‘rsatkichlarni o‘lchash usullaridan foydalanildi. O‘ztemiryo‘lkonteyner AJ, UTK Transport & Logistics va uch davlat temir yo‘l tashkilotlarining maʼlumotlari tahlil qilindi.
Yangi multimodal marshrut yetkazib berish muddatini 40–50 foizga, transport masofasini 40 foizga, bilvosita xarajatlarni esa 25–32 foizga qisqartirmoqda. Buxoro logistika markazida intermodal qayta yuklash 24 soat ichida amalga oshirilmoqda. O‘zbekiston tranzit-logistika markazi sifatida o‘z strategik mavqeini mustahkamlaydi.
Yangi yo‘lnalish mintaqaviy logistika tizimini geosiyosiy risklardan himoyalaydi, hududiy hamkorlikni kuchaytiradi va O‘zbekistonning xalqaro tranzit tizimidagi rolini yanada mustahkamlaydi.
