Maqolada xorijiy tajriba asosida O‘zbekiston axborot mahsulotlari bozorini rivojlantirish yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilindi. Komparativ tahlil va case study usullari qo‘llanib, Hindiston, Estoniya, Isroil tajribasi o‘rganildi. Hindiston IT Park modeli 2019-yildan qo‘llanildi: 147 → 2 384 rezident (+1 521%), eksport 0,6 → 901 mln $ (+150,067%). Estoniya e-government tajribasi asosida 100+ xizmat online o‘tkazildi. Isroil startup modeli: IT Startup School, 500+ startap, $100 mln fond. 2024-yilda AI Readiness Index'da 70-o‘rin (+17), Global Innovation Index'da 70-o‘rin (+23) egallandi. Yo‘nalishlar: kadrlar tayyorlash (2030: 300 000), raqamli infratuzilma, xalqaro hamkorlik, innovatsiyalar ekotizimi. Qiyinchiliklar: mintaqaviy tengsizlik (82% Toshkent), e-ID qamrovi past, venture kapital yo‘q, kadrlar tanqisligi. Strategik maqsad: 2030-yilda $5 mlrd eksport, mintaqaviy IT hub.
