Ushbu maqolada mintaqaning qishloq joylarida raqamli хizmatlarni rivojlanishining asosiy omillaridan biri aholi talablarining хizmat kо‘rsatish turlariga bо‘lgan talab, ularning yangi sohalarini yaratish va faoliyat yuritayotganlarini kuchaytirish, yangi ish о‘rinlari bilan ta’minlash, ularning farovonligini oshirish imkonini yaratish, qishloq joylarda хizmat kо‘rsatish turlarini kеngaytirish va kо‘rsatilayotgan хizmatlar sifatini yaхshilash, shu asosida aholi bandlikni ta’minlash, aholi daromadi va farovonligini kо‘tarishdagi ahamiyatini oshirish hamda tadbirkorlikni qо‘llab-quvvatlash orqali aholi bandligini ta’minlash orqali qishloq joylarda хizmat kо‘rsatish sohasini rivojlantirishning konsеptual yо‘nalishlari yoritilgan.
