Natijada ta’minot zanjiri samaradorligi hududlarda kuchli inertsiyaga ega, kapital va logistika eng muhim omillar ekanligi, klaster siyosati empirik jihatdan tasdiqlangan ijobiy effektga ega ekanligi aniqlangan
