Annotatsiya

Kirish. Ushbu maqolada quvvati 297 kW bo‘lgan, elektr tarmog‘iga ulangan quyosh fotoelektr stansiyasi asosida ilgari asoslangan sanoat sovitish korxonasining elektr ta’minoti sxemasi LiFePO₄ akkumulyatorli energiya saqlash tizimi hamda sovitish yuklamasini bashoratli SCADA/MPC boshqaruvi bilan integratsiyalash orqali takomillashtirilgan. Taklif etilgan yondashuv quyosh fotoelektr stansiyasi, elektr tarmog‘i, energiya saqlash tizimi (BESS) va sovitish kameralarini yagona energetik-texnologik tizim sifatida ko‘rib chiqadi.
Materiallar va usullar. Tadqiqot imitatsion modellashtirish usuli asosida amalga oshirildi. Beshta ssenariy taqqoslandi: S0 — faqat elektr tarmog‘i, S1 — quyosh fotoelektr stansiyasi, S2 — quyosh fotoelektr stansiyasi va BESS, S3 — quyosh fotoelektr stansiyasi va MPC, S4 — quyosh fotoelektr stansiyasi, BESS va MPC. Hisoblashlarda quvvati 297 kW bo‘lgan quyosh fotoelektr stansiyasi, sig‘imi 400–650 kWh bo‘lgan LiFePO₄ energiya saqlash tizimi, sovitish yuklamasi profili, BESS zaryadlanganlik darajasi, sovitish kameralarining issiqlik inersiyasi va olmalarni saqlash sharoitlari hisobga olindi.
Natijalar. Integratsiyalashgan S4 ssenariysida mahalliy quyosh fotoelektr energiyasidan foydalanish yiliga 419,9 MWh ga yetdi, elektr tarmog‘idan iste’mol esa yiliga 968,2 MWh gacha kamaydi. S1 ssenariysiga nisbatan elektr tarmog‘idan olinadigan energiya miqdori yiliga 94,4 MWh ga qisqardi. Elektr energiyasi tarifi 1000 UZS/kWh bo‘lganda, yillik iqtisodiy samara taxminan 94,4 million so‘mni tashkil etdi. Shuningdek, kechki vaqtdagi elektr tarmog‘i yuklamasining maksimal qiymati kamaydi va quyosh energiyasidan bevosita foydalanish ulushi oshdi.
Xulosa. Quyosh fotoelektr stansiyasi, LiFePO₄ energiya saqlash tizimi va SCADA/MPC boshqaruvining birgalikda qo‘llanilishi energiya saqlash yoki yuklamani alohida boshqarishga qaraganda yuqoriroq tizimli samaradorlikni ta’minlaydi. Ko‘rib chiqilgan korxona uchun taxminan 500 kWh / 200 kW parametrli BESS konfiguratsiyasi texnik jihatdan maqsadga muvofiq bo‘lib, sovitish tizimining kritik yuklamasini zaxira elektr energiyasi bilan ta’minlash, kechki elektr iste’moli cho‘qqilarini yumshatish va sovitish korxonasida raqamli boshqaruv tizimini tashkil etish imkonini beradi.
