Ushbu maqolada bugungi kunning dolzarb muammolaridan biri bo‘lgan, suv resurslaridan samarali foydalanish, suv xo‘jaligi tizimlarida suv sarfini zamonaviy texnologiyalardan foydalanib o‘lchash masalasi ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot obyekti sifatida Obihayot xo‘jaliklararo kanalidan suv oluvchi Qamashi xo‘jaliklararo sug‘orish kanali tanlangan. Qamashi sug‘orish kanalining PK-1+00 piketi hamda PK-98+00 piketlarida birgalikda “GR-21m1” markali vertushka hamda Avstraliyaning Rubicon water komponiyasi texnologiyalari asosida “Rubicon” water qurilmasi yordamida dala tadqiqotlari olib borilgan. O‘lchov natijalariga ko‘ra gidrometrik vertushka orqali o‘lchangan o‘rtacha suv sarfi Q=1,386 m3/s, “Rubicon” water qurilmasi yordamida o‘lchangan o‘rtacha suv sarfi Q=1,350 m3/s, ni tashkil etdi.
