Аннотация
Введение. Повышение температуры фотоэлектрических модулей в условиях интенсивного солнечного излучения приводит к снижению их электрической эффективности и ускорению деградации материалов. В жарком и сухом климате особую актуальность приобретают пассивные методы охлаждения, не требующие дополнительных энергетических затрат.
Методы и материалы. В работе разработана одномерная стационарная математическая модель пассивного испарительного охлаждения фотоэлектрического модуля с использованием влажного текстильного слоя, размещённого на тыльной поверхности панели. Модель основана на совместном рассмотрении теплопроводности в многослойной структуре фотоэлектрического модуля, испарительного массообмена и психрометрических параметров влажного воздуха. В расчётах учитывались температура воздуха, относительная влажность, влагосодержание, барометрическое давление, скорость воздушного потока и температурная зависимость КПД фотоэлектрического преобразования.
Результаты. Для климатических условий города Ташкента при температуре воздуха 40 °C и относительной влажности 20 % получено значение температуры мокрого термометра около 24 °C. На основе уравнений теплопроводности установлено, что температура кремниевого слоя фотоэлектрического модуля снижается примерно до 26 °C, а фактический КПД модуля составляет около 13,6 %, что близко к проектному значению 14 %.
Заключение. Полученные результаты показывают, что применение влажного капиллярно-пористого текстильного слоя является эффективным способом пассивного испарительного охлаждения фотоэлектрических модулей. Предложенный метод позволяет снизить температурные потери фотоэлектрического преобразования без дополнительных энергетических затрат и является перспективным для эксплуатации солнечных панелей в условиях жаркого и сухого климата.
