Abstract

The article analyzes the main types of evaporative cooling systems (direct, indirect, and two-stage), as well as their operating principles and efficiency.

Materials and Methods. This study presents an analysis of the main types of evaporative cooling systems, including direct, indirect, and two-stage configurations.

Results. The analysis shows that the efficiency of evaporative cooling systems depends on their design and climatic conditions.

Conclusion. Under hot and dry climatic conditions, direct evaporative cooling systems are the most effective. Indirect evaporative cooling systems provide cooling without increasing indoor air humidity. Two-stage evaporative cooling systems combine the advantages of both methods, thereby improving the energy efficiency of buildings.
