ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PRODUCTION OF THERMAL ENERGY FOR THE NEEDS OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS

Abstract

The article suggests an alternative energy generation option for the residential complex "Author's" in Tyumen. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to reduce environmental damage from the disposal of solid household and industrial waste, as well as the need for alternative sources of thermal energy for residential buildings. The problem lies in the low proportion of waste recycling and the lack of effective mechanisms for their use to generate heat and electricity, especially in urban areas. At the same time, the potential energy of garbage combustion is practically not used. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the possibility of supplying thermal energy to the residential complex "Author's" in Tyumen through the construction of an incinerator on an abandoned industrial site at 102 Polevoy Street. For this purpose, the following tasks have been solved: the potential of using solid reconstituted fuels from waste has been studied; an approximate calculation of the loads on heating, hot water supply and ventilation of the residential complex has been performed; the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed scheme have been identified.
