Abstract
This article examines foreign experience in improving outsourcing services, including that of India, the Philippines, the USA, China, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Vietnam and Poland. It analyzes the specific features of outsourcing development in these countries and its role in increasing economic efficiency, optimizing costs, using the potential of skilled personnel and creating new jobs. Based on the research, directions for adapting advanced foreign practices to the conditions of Uzbekistan are substantiated. The article also proposes measures to increase the competitiveness of outsourcing services in the country, strengthen integration into the international services market and improve the performance of enterprises.
