Abstract
This article examines the role of social infrastructure development in improving the standard of living and quality of life of the population in Kashkadarya Region from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The region’s socio-economic development characteristics, household incomes, employment, education, healthcare, access to drinking water, transport and communication systems, and the availability of utility services are analyzed in an integrated manner. Furthermore, the article explores opportunities to reduce regional disparities in social infrastructure development, improve the efficient use of investment resources, expand public-private partnership mechanisms, and enhance the quality of services provided to the population.
