Abstract

This article examines the economic efficiency of implementing regenerative agriculture principles under the conditions of Uzbekistan through a systematic, comparative, and economic analysis of experimental and demonstration sites in the Khorezm and Kashkadarya regions and the Republic of Karakalpakstan within the framework of the FOLUR–Uzbekistan project. The study substantiates the scientific and practical significance of regenerative agriculture as an integrated economic mechanism aimed at optimizing soil tillage technologies, managing water resources through alternative approaches, reducing material and energy resource consumption and production costs through crop diversification, restoring soil fertility and natural capital, mitigating climate-related and market risks, and ensuring the long-term economic sustainability and competitiveness of farms.
