Abstract
This article analyzes the current state of the fruit and vegetable sector and the value chain from production to the end consumer in Kashkadarya region. It examines the growth trends in fruit and vegetable production volumes, processing and storage capacities, as well as the achievements and shortcomings in the logistics system. Based on the results of the analysis, a number of recommendations have been developed to increase the export potential of the industry and reduce product losses.
