Particular attention is given to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Big Data analytics in automated credit scoring and risk assessment. The study also analyzes end-to-end digital lending channels, open banking APIs for real-time decision-making, and the potential of blockchain and smart contracts to enhance transparency and security. Key challenges, including cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and data privacy, are discussed alongside practical solutions. The paper concludes with strategic recommendations to strengthen banks' competitiveness, improve credit portfolio quality, and expand financial inclusion.
