Abstract
This article examines the theoretical and organizational-economic foundations of household income formation and growth in the region. The study considers households as economic agents, the main sources of household income, opportunities for income diversification, and the influence of regional factors on household income levels. The reforms implemented in Uzbekistan aimed at increasing household incomes, ensuring employment, developing family entrepreneurship and self-employment are also analyzed. Based on the dynamics of per capita total income across regions, territorial disparities are examined, and scientific and practical recommendations are developed to improve organizational and economic mechanisms for increasing household incomes.
