Abstract
this article examines the economic efficiency of knowledge and skills management in enterprises. The economic outcomes of identifying employees’ existing knowledge, developing their competencies, organizing knowledge sharing within the enterprise, and applying acquired knowledge in practical activities are analyzed. The study considers the impact of knowledge and skills management on labor productivity, production costs, product quality, innovation activity, and enterprise revenues. In addition, a system of indicators is proposed to assess the efficiency of investments directed toward knowledge management. The research findings demonstrate that systematic management of knowledge and skills contributes to more efficient use of enterprise resources and improves long-term economic performance.
