Abstract

the article analyzes current trends in the development of small business and private entrepreneurship, as well as the experience of developed and developing countries. Particular attention is paid to the institutional, financial, tax, innovation, and organizational mechanisms for supporting small businesses in countries such as the USA, Germany, Japan, South Korea, China, and France. Based on the research findings, aspects of international experience applicable to the context of Uzbekistan have been identified, and scientifically grounded proposals and recommendations have been developed to further advance small business and private entrepreneurship, create new jobs, raise household incomes, and strengthen the economic potential of the regions.
