Abstract
This article analyzes the management mechanisms of the State of Israel's startup ecosystem based on a comprehensive and systemic approach. Within the scope of the study, the main structural elements characteristic of Israel's startup ecosystem, recognized as the “Startup Nation,” were extensively examined. In particular, the state-supported co-financing model (Yozma program), the military-technological education system (8200 intelligence unit), the Triple Helix (state–university–business) collaboration model, and the international market-oriented strategy of innovative activity were analyzed. According to empirical data, in 2024 the volume of venture capital investments attracted to Israeli startups amounted to 12 billion US dollars, which equals 1,580 US dollars per capita. This indicator is among the highest in the world. As a small country with a population of 9.8 million, Israel ranks 3rd in the global startup ecosystem rankings (StartupBlink, 2026).
