Abstract

The article examines theoretical and practical aspects of ensuring organizational economic sustainability under job optimization. The study focuses on the relationship between efficient use of labor resources, reduction of unjustified costs, preservation of human capital, and organizational performance. Official statistics of Uzbekistan, regulatory documents, international organization materials, and academic literature are used as the information base. The study argues that job optimization should not be reduced to mechanical staff reduction. A comprehensive management mechanism is proposed, including workload analysis, redistribution of functions, digitalization, internal labor mobility, employee retraining, and performance monitoring. The proposed approach makes it possible to balance labor costs, productivity, personnel stability, and long-term organizational adaptability.
