Abstract

This article examines the issues of facilitating the employment of university graduates in the labor market. A sociological survey was conducted among university graduates to identify the problems they face in finding employment. The activities of university Employment Assistance Centers were also studied. Based on the analysis results, a gap in sustained cooperation between employers and universities was identified. The paper proposes the establishment of Screening Centers at universities as a mechanism uniting the interests of universities, employers, and the state in training competitive specialists. The goals, activity directions, working methods, and organizational-legal aspects of the proposed structure are defined, as well as its differences from existing employment assistance centers.
