Abstract
This article examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of comprehensive economic assessment of increasing population income through the development of entrepreneurship in the region. It analyzes the capabilities and limitations of the existing statistical indicators used to assess the level of entrepreneurial development and its impact on population income at the regional level. Based on the research findings, a system of indicators integrating economic, social, and institutional factors is proposed. In addition, a normalization method and an integrated index calculation methodology have been developed to ensure a unified assessment framework. The proposed indicator system has significant scientific and practical value for evaluating the effectiveness of regional entrepreneurship development, identifying the factors influencing population income growth, and determining the priority directions of regional economic policy.
