Abstract
В организaционном поведении человек становится субъектом контроля. Только достигнув высших уровней организatsiонной иерархии, сотрудник может надеяться на снижение давления со стороны руководства, но эти надежды не всегда сбываются. Таким образом, организatsiонное поведение и управление тесно взаимосвязаны. Субъект контроля всегда определяет основные формальные законы организaционного поведения. Это особенно ярко проявилось в индустриальную эпоху.
