Abstract
this article examines the economic mechanisms for developing cooperative relations between agricultural and industrial enterprises. The study analyzes the theoretical foundations of agro-industrial integration, the impact of cooperative relations on economic efficiency, and the priority directions for their development. Particular attention is paid to cluster systems, contractual cooperation, logistics infrastructure, and innovative technologies as key factors in strengthening cooperation. The findings indicate that enhancing collaboration between agricultural producers and industrial enterprises contributes to improving product quality, increasing value added, and expanding export potential.
