Abstract
the formation of tourism clusters and issues related to their financing are being studied as an important factor of economic growth in the regions of Central Asia and Russia. In areas such as Uzbekistan and Krasnodar Krai, these efforts are aimed at activating tourism potential, developing infrastructure, and increasing efficiency through public-private partnerships. The authors analyze the organizational and economic challenges of tourism clusters, as well as the mechanisms for their strategic development.
