Abstract
This article investigates the impact of harvesting dates based on grain moisture content on the economic efficiency indicators of winter soft wheat varieties grown under different soil and climatic conditions. The study analyzed grain yield, grain quality, production costs, net profit, and profitability at different grain moisture levels during harvesting. The results demonstrated that determining the optimal harvesting time according to grain moisture content reduces yield losses, improves grain quality, and enhances economic efficiency. Practical recommendations were developed for selecting optimal harvesting periods for winter soft wheat varieties under various soil and climatic conditions.
