Abstract

This article provides an in-depth analysis of the economic essence, institutional mechanisms, and practical effectiveness of the circular economy concept in industrial waste management. Based on statistical data, the study evaluates the economic efficiency of mechanisms for resource reuse, waste recycling, and industrial symbiosis. Using global experience and examples from developing countries, the research identifies the impact of the circular economy on industrial sustainability. The results of the study serve as a basis for developing practical recommendations for the “green” transformation of industrial policy.
