Abstract
The article presents the results of a study aimed at improving the methodology for assessing the efficiency of hotel enterprises. The study analyzes the legal and regulatory documents governing tourism and hotel activities. Based on statistical data, the development of hotel enterprises in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Kashkadarya region is assessed. In addition, existing methodological approaches to evaluating the efficiency of hotel enterprises are examined, and scientifically grounded conclusions and practical recommendations for their improvement are proposed.
