Abstract
The article analyzes the issues of ensuring employment and reducing poverty through the development and support of private entrepreneurship in the Kashkadarya region. The natural and economic potential of the region, the territorial distribution of small business and private entrepreneurship entities, and their impact on economic growth are studied. Based on the analysis, practical proposals and recommendations aimed at further improving the business environment, creating new jobs, and increasing the income of the population in the region have been developed.
