Abstract
this article scientifically analyzes the economic essence, forms, practical significance and legislative framework of inter-sectoral convergence in the agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on data from the National Statistics Committee, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations (mehnat.uz) and Invest Uzbekistan (invest.gov.uz), the macroeconomic indicators of agriculture, employment structure and investment dynamics for 2019–2024 are analyzed. The study examines the legal basis and development directions of inter-sectoral convergence based on the decrees and resolutions of the President of Uzbekistan adopted in 2023–2025 (PF-151, PF-158, PQ-347, PQ-431, etc.). The results show that agro-industrial integration, digitalization, and cooperation with the financial and logistics sectors have a positive impact on agricultural productivity and rural employment.
