Abstract
This article examines the issues of improving infrastructure in the regions, increasing the production growth rates of each region, ensuring employment of the population, attracting investments, and expanding the opportunities for efficient utilization of regional investment resources. It also analyzes, based on statistical data, the development of the social sector and the reduction of interregional disparities achieved through the effective use of local resources. Furthermore, the article presents conclusions and practical recommendations regarding the advantages of efficient utilization of investment resources in the regions.
